Process Evaluation
$50
Go over what your current process is for tracking your financials and managing your end of year taxes. What programs do you currently use or are you looking to use. What is your goal? Are you looking to revamp for expansion or simply maintain for better financial understanding?
The Maintenance Plan
$20/hr or $100 a week
With this plan I will assist in maintaining your financial documents through a process we create together. This plan will include regular meetings to discuss where you are standing, what your month to month cash flow picture looks like, and your taxes(possible deductions that need to be accounted for)
Financial Spreadsheet Creation
Varies by request
We will work together to create easy to use spreadsheets that will assist in showing you your financial picture with the use of equations to autofill cash flow and color coding to show you where you are doing well and where you may need to make some changes. What are your best months? How much profit are you making each month?
Update Check in
$25
If you have opted to have spreadsheets created and just need to have a check on how it's working or need to make some modifications to the spreadsheets this initial meeting will cover any concerns you have or updates you need.
Spreadsheet Modifications
Varies by Complexity
If you find you need some updates done to your spreadsheet, either it's not working the way you want/need anymore or there are some issues with the equations within it these can be corrected for you. Please note the initial creation process will include a window for complimentary adjustments
